These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our online store, as well as purchases made through it.

By using our website or making a purchase, you accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Exchanges and Returns Policy.

BILANNA COLLECTION uses Shopify technology to provide and manage its online store. However, purchases made through this website are entered into directly between the customer and BILANNA COLLECTION.

2. USE OF THE STORE

By using our store, you declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and that the information you provide during the purchase process is true, complete and up to date.

The store must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You must not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities, or activities that could harm the operation of the store or the rights of BILANNA COLLECTION or third parties.

3. PRODUCTS

BILANNA COLLECTION seeks to display and describe its products as accurately as possible.

Product photographs, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen, device or settings used.

Product characteristics, availability and descriptions may be updated at any time. These changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to inform you and, where appropriate, offer a solution or refund the corresponding amount.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACTING

To make a purchase, you must select the products you want, add them to your basket and complete the purchase process indicated on the website.

Before finalising your order, you will be able to review and correct the information you have entered.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase.

Acceptance and confirmation of the order will be subject to product availability and successful receipt of payment.

BILANNA COLLECTION reserves the right to cancel an order where there is an obvious error in the price, description or availability of a product, or where circumstances reasonably prevent the transaction from being completed. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded.

Products purchased through the store are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale, unless previously agreed with BILANNA COLLECTION.

5. PRICES AND TAXES

Product prices will be those displayed in the store at the time the order is placed.

Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before the order is finalised, according to the destination and the selected shipping method.

Applicable taxes will be indicated in accordance with current legislation.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

The available payment methods will be those displayed in the store during checkout.

Payment must be completed before we can process the order.

BILANNA COLLECTION does not directly store complete bank card details when payment is made through external payment providers. Payment-related data will be processed in accordance with the terms and policies of the corresponding providers.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery times indicated in the store are estimates and may be affected by circumstances relating to transport, weather conditions, periods of high demand, logistical issues, customs or other circumstances beyond BILANNA COLLECTION’s control.

8. EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

Exchanges and returns will be handled in accordance with our Exchanges and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Consumers generally have, where applicable, a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without having to give a reason, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.
